What you'll own
- Own SEO and GEO strategy for a portfolio of SaaS clients, aligned to business goals
- Run technical SEO and GEO audits and prioritize fixes; partner with dev teams on implementation
- Be the primary client contact: run weekly performance calls and translate SEO into business language
- Define KPIs, manage reporting dashboards, and analyze performance via GA4 and Looker Studio
- Lead keyword and competitor research to uncover content and technical gaps
- Document repeatable processes for audits, reporting, and client communication
- Track developments across AI, search, and LLMs; automate recurring work using tools like Claude Skills and n8n
Must haves
- 5+ years of progressive SEO/GEO experience, largely in SaaS or a client-facing agency
- Deep expertise in technical SEO fundamentals
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics/reporting platforms (GA4)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; can explain complex SEO to a non-technical founder
- Strategic mindset: identifies problems and builds scalable, ROI-driven solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and stakeholders, and drive consensus on direction
Good to haves
- Google Tag Manager and GA4 event configuration experience
- Hands-on experience automating workflows (e.g. Claude Skills, n8n)
